For importers, distributors and private-label brands, consistent production matters as much as an attractive design. Our workflow combines skilled hand assembly, suitable equipment and checkpoints at the stages where details have the greatest effect on function, appearance and packing quality.
01 — Installing the calculator The process begins with the calculator module. The operator positions the electronic unit in the prepared panel, checks its alignment and secures it so the keys and display sit correctly. Accurate placement supports reliable operation and a clean finished appearance.

02 — Installing the magnetic buckle Next, the magnetic buckle is fitted to the case. The closure needs to engage smoothly while keeping the lid properly aligned. Operators check its position and holding action before the product moves forward.

03 — Attaching the mirror The mirror is carefully applied to the designated inner surface. The team keeps the surface clean, aligns the edges and presses it evenly to avoid lifting or visible residue. This simple feature depends on precise handling.

04 — Applying decorative stickers Artwork is applied with dedicated labeling equipment and manual checks. Registration, position and adhesion are monitored so the graphic remains consistent across the production run. For private-label programs, this stage can reflect the buyer's colors, characters, logo or licensed artwork.

05 — Assembling the pencil case Once the functional and decorative components are prepared, the body, lid and interior parts are brought together. Operators check the fit between sections, hinge movement and the overall feel of the finished case.

06 — Quality inspection Finished units are visually and functionally inspected. The team checks appearance, component placement, closure action, calculator response and assembly condition. Products that do not meet the agreed requirements are separated for correction.

07 — Packing for shipment Approved products are cleaned, protected and packed according to the order specification. Depending on the program, we can support individual retail packaging, barcode labels, inner boxes and export cartons.

Built for customized stationery programs A clear production sequence makes quality easier to repeat. With product development, artwork adaptation, component assembly, inspection and export packing coordinated in one workflow, we help buyers turn an idea into a practical stationery product for their market.
